TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking or participation of any Preskige Ski & Snowboard School activity constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. By accepting, you declare that you are of age or that you allow the minor in your care to use our services.
BOOKING AGREEMENT
The reservation is confirmed when the Preskige Ski & Snowboard School issues a written confirmation.
Payment must be made before the start of activities.
You can change your booking within 72 hours before the start date of the chosen activity.
ACTIVITY CANCELLATION
We require 72 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel outside 72 hours of your activity, your deposit will still be usable for the next 365 days.
INSURANCE AND RISKS
You are aware that skiing and snowboarding are a dangerous activity and occasionally takes place in areas far from inhabited centers and difficult to reach by mechanical means. The activities and services offered by Preskige Ski & Snowboard School DO NOT provide insurance coverage for the activity. It is your responsibility to purchase adequate insurance coverage and make sure that it is appropriate to your and your group’s needs, it is advisable to purchase the accident and liability insurance policy linked to the ski pass, please note that the latter is mandatory by law from 01/01. 2022.
The use of a helmet is required by law for children under 18. The teacher is MANDATORY not to accept a minor student who does not have one in the lesson. In this case, there will be no possibility of compensation on Preskige Ski & Snowboard School and the entire amount paid will be retained.
We cannot control what you do / do on skis or snowboard, skiing / snowboarding with control and within one’s limits is the responsibility of each participant. In light of this, Preskige Ski & Snowboard School assumes no liability for injury to persons during lessons.
REGULATION OF PRIVATE LESSONS
• The lesson time is 55 minutes. In the case of lessons consisting of several hours, only the last will be considered as 55 minutes;
• Lessons take place in any weather situation;
• The cost of the ski pass is EXCLUDED from the rates of the lessons.
REGULATION OF COLLECTIVE LESSONS
• The lesson time is 55 minutes. In the case of lessons consisting of several hours, only the last will be considered as 55 minutes;
• Punctuality is recommended in group lessons, in case of delay the student will have to reach the group in a place
agreed with the teacher. This is to ensure the smooth running of the lesson;
• The students are divided into groups at the sole discretion of the teachers and the technical direction;
• If the course includes several days, once it has begun it will not be possible to cancel the individual lessons that compose it;
• Lessons take place in any weather situation;
• The cost of the ski pass is EXCLUDED from the rates of the lessons.
REGULATION OF SEASONAL COURSES
• It is recommended to respect the lesson times, it is the teacher’s discretion to accept the late student for the current lesson;
• Inadequate behaviors or behaviors that may endanger the safety or integrity of the group will be discussed with the parents. If they are maintained over time, the School may reserve the right to remove the student without having to reimburse the fee paid;
• The use of a helmet is mandatory;
• The children or parents must, from time to time, inquire about the type of equipment used during the lesson: the teacher may not accept the student without the material if he believes that this could harm the proper conduct of the lesson;
• The teachers, in exceptional cases and due to technical reasons, may vary the lesson times, subject to prior warning of the parents in the case of underage students;
• The students are divided into groups at the sole discretion of the teachers and the technical direction;
• There is no reimbursement for those who interrupt the activities prematurely;
• The “day packages” must be used in full in the current season;
• Those who purchase the “day packages” must communicate their participation in the lesson 72 or in advance;
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and interpreted on the basis of it, without prejudice to any other prevailing mandatory rule of the buyer’s country of habitual residence. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and termination of the General Conditions of Sale are subject exclusively to Italian law.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation, execution or termination of the Terms and Conditions of Ventdita must be brought before the Court of the Court of Turin.
